Needs 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD for this price. Anyone who has waited this long for a new PC or laptop should wait 2 more months for Black Friday anyway. There will be deals galore.

This is as overpriced as some Apple devices.
Lots of apple devices have a $1500 RTX 4090.

Pairing a 4090 with only 16GB, only 16GB in regular RAM and 1GB HD is a poor offering by Dell. Someone shouldn't have to replace so many parts when paying this much.

The reason this only has 16GB of VRAM is that's what the mobile edition of the 4090 comes with. It's a misleading naming scheme. Blame Nvidia, not Dell. This is the best laptop graphics card you can get right now.
  • 4090 Mobile is based on the desktop 4080
  • 4080 Mobile is based on the desktop 4070 (or 4070 ti)
  • 4070 Mobile is based on the desktop 4060 (or 4060 ti)

I've had an R11 for almost 3 years and it still runs surprisingly cool. Temps in the 30s when idle running a 5800x.

It can get loud though.
