You know, I know how I feel about their stainless cookware, but I have no idea about the quality of their non-stick. Is it varying degrees of excellence like their stainless line, or are there some bad coatings in the all-clad line?

I go though one of these every two years. It is the same as most other non-stick coating pans. The coating will always start to ware away. In the past I would just buy the generic pans from my Restaurant Depot but then I saw that these All Clads were very similar in price when on sale so I shifted.

I bought this same set for $28 back in 2019. I don't use it daily but both pans have held up well with no issues of food sticking. The bottom of the pan is flat so it heats evenly.

Had it for a a few years now and still looks and work like new. Well except the outside, outside looks like shit cause I don't take care of it.

But the inside will last long depending on how well you treat it. Don't use anything in there that can scratch your skin. Lol so basically only silicone.

Even though everywhere/everyone says you can use wood or nylon, I wouldn't on these if you want it to last long.

I've had one of these pans for a few years and it's been reliable and durable. I do not use metal utensils in this pan, do not submerge it in water while hot and always hand wash.

Edit: Mine was purchased from TJMaxx.

All non stick will eventually go bad. Just matter of care as well as years. I just buy the cheaper stuff nowadays abd replace them every few years.

Mainly because of brand name. Please don't judge me.

This type of non-stick will last considerably longer than basic non-stick pans if handled with silicone utensils (they say you could use plastic or wood but they will actually leave scratches over time), Use with no higher than medium heat, Handwash. I would say about double the life span of regular non-stick pans. So 3-5 years would be a decent expectation. I used to use plastic utensils but the lifetime warranty was denied when I sent in pics of a hard anodized Dutch oven. Cannot remember the brand but another brand approved my similar claim, so YMMV.

They claim oven-safe to 500F (lids 350F) but I would not prefer to exceed 400F with any non-stick pan, as I have gotten chemical smells from similar pans that are concerning, so just my opinion. Never let them get super hot when empty on the stovetop. Same issue.

Here is their link for tips on usage/cleaning.

This is very helpful. I wanted to make sure there was value in this particular brand name for non-stick cookware, not just stainless.

These are one of the few induction capable cookware sets that's not absolute trash. Viking has a 10/12" set that's also pretty good and about the same price when on sale.

Sam's has Member's Mark 3-Piece Modern Ceramic Fry Pan Set that's induction capable for $50 but no idea the quality.
