After doing some research, this is one of those bang for buck TV's. Mini led seems to be about the best tech for the price. 144hz refresh rate, Google TV, great contrast--deep blacks, and a really bright panel as well. The price has fallen to this low on CCC before. Kinda look like it will drop more in the near future.

I've been eyeing this set, as it really hits the sweet spot for me. Was planning to buy from Costco to get the better warranty and return policy. Hoping that the price drops or remains at this level going into black friday.

EDIT: Nice. Looks like Costco has dropped the price by $100 as well. Price is good until at least Oct 15.

There's a chance the price may drop further. A lot of the reviews from 3-4 months ago say the Amazon price was $730. The price went up since then, probably in response to demand. Now, they may be dropping as this model gets "older".

The $400 Hisense is the A65K model. That is their low-end set without mini-LED and without local dimming.

I picked up the u75k from costco last week & love it.
Great looking tv for 4k & gaming.
3 year warranty from costco is worth it.
Can turn it into a 5 yr warranty for an extra $65 (costco/allstate).

I ordered online, it was on sale for $729 until the 17th. Price went back up to $830 on the 18th.
