I have the 2TB version with an SMI 2259XT controller and 112-layer SanDisk TLC. My testing appears to show substantially degraded read performance in data that was flushed from pSLC to TLC after less than 2 months. So, my answer would probably be no. That said, who knows what components you'd actually get, as they're always changing.
