You can if you ask nicely. No one should care.

I was a waiter there long ago and I used to place multiple "refills" before the check would come and pack them up to go depending on the customer. Particularly college kids - I knew money was tight, being one myself at the time, and a bunch of leftovers would change my week quite a bit. That and they paid me like $3.50/hr. Darden restaurant bottom line was the least of my concerns.

No worries if you don't like this restaurant (I'm personally not the biggest fan) but please don't bash it too much as it's my 9 year old son's favorite place, so I'm sure there are many other OG lovers out there too... both kids and adults alike

Happy eating!

Not valid in Texas. The extra microwave use might cause burnouts

Golden Corral full lunch - delicious in my location with soup and dessert 11.99. 14 $ for pasta is a joke
Interesting, I never thought about that comparison. πŸ€” nice. I haven't been to a golden coral in many many years but interesting enough to check it out.

I love their salad...I tried to do their copycat dressing and even the little mayo it says u need, it just throws the flavor way off
They sell Olive Garden salad dressing at at Sam's and Costco. It's very similar. I think it's their Parmigiano cheese that makes their salad really good.

Really if you think about it cost on a 16 oz of pasta is like .75-.99 16.oz of pasta is enough for a 2,3 people add the sauce and few pieces of protein they are still at a 70-80% gross ... still pretty good deal for dining out ... all this talk about lower wages and tipping and yada yada wake up people both sides of this debate need to wake up we live in america and thats just the way it is just be a decent person good service good tip crap service crap tip..i hate that with a clean driving record my car insurance is increasing in NJ because of the fraud and crap driving but i cant just not have insurance... if you dont like it then dont go if your ok with it enjoy.. if your on the fence then reread up top..

πŸ˜„ I was going to say I don't know how you got that from my post. But to counter I hate going out to pasta places because of how cheap the ingredients are to make at home. It takes a while to learn how to make fantastic sauce from scratch or half store bought half home made. But then again that could be said for all meals when eating out.

So for me when I eat out I order things that are too labor intensive, too complicated, or just too difficult to make as I'm limited to so little space to have everything finished at the same time and every item be hot.

Like I don't like to order eggs, pancakes, bacon, hashbrowns. All that I can make my self at home with relative ease. I can make steak, potatoes, grilled vegetables at home and it be quite a lot tastier. And the amount I make it's basically an all you can eat steak and potatoes buffet. πŸ˜„ ok I'll get off the soapbox now πŸ˜†

Realistically, if you want to go out and eat till you bust open, this is a pretty good deal.

you need to ask yourself if you need all those excess carbs that comes from the pasta and the gravy
I asked myself and yes, yes I do. Going to use this for the winter bulk to get another plate on the squat.

Being a vegetarian, pasta is often my savior in otherwise meat heavy menus at restaurants. But as much as I like it, given the nature of the carb heavy pasta, and creamy sauces, how much can a person realistically eat! Their breadsticks and soup / salad are always complimentary with an entrΓ©e if I'm not wrong. This promo is for people with really solid appetites. Enjoy!
