This is factually inaccurate. Your body can absorb more than 100% of many vitamins, mostly fat soluble ones. This is why some vitamins are toxic in larger amounts.

The 20% doesn't apply to multiple packs correct? I literally purchased 4 (extra 5% off for me with that quantity) yesterday and saw this post and thought it would be a big savings cuz the 20% but only took it off one pack.

I wish this was in powder form like Gatorade can be. I am certainly not a big fan of single use plastics like this, but it's a good deal. I paid $3.50 for ONE of the Mamba flavors yesterday. I think these taste better than most Gatorade flavors.

If you're an athlete or otherwise active, sugar isn't a big deal, it just gets used as fuel if you are active not to long after consuming it or consuming it while you're active.
