Dude. They post anything just so they can get paid. Most of these deals are not deals anymore since staff pumps them. Slickdeals is turning into Slackdeals.

FYI: "Hybrid Stainless Steel Tub" so the door is stainless on the interior but the rest of the interior is plastic.

FYI: Samsung Edu pricing is 474$ and also they give $50 back for recycling your old appliance.

And it is not stainless steel tub. Not really a deal.

Wouldn't trust Samsung with any electronics at this except TVS and phones are OK.

As someone who has owned a Whrilpool Gold Series that was bought to replace a 26 year old dishwasher in 2014 and then that one almost flooded my house if I didn't catch it (google Cleveland vs Whirlpool) and then given a 50 percent off coupon to buy another 500 dollar (250 in my case) Whirlpool in 2018 that just broke this month. Point is don't be like me who has spent 600 on a Goldstar in 2014 then tried to fix for 10 dollars in 2018. Then spent another 50ish in parts on my current broken one.

Don't buy junk brands anymore. For Dishwashers its Bosch/Miele/Cove/Electrolux or bust.

A lot of the issues are in the side by sides. Top Freezer will always be the most reliable. The problem is though that Samsung issues are so bad (ice maker flooding houses, not keeping food temps static so sending people to hospital). When you experience one of these issues the response and class action (finding other people with same issues) becomes louder.

Ours at the old house was still going strong. It has a suds warning sometimes and we just restart it. Otherwise it worked better than the miele we have now. Haha.

Yeah, ours is 9 yrs old at the other house. We now have a newer one 1 yr old still going.
