I have these sets in both metric and normal. They're crap. The cheap T handles loose grip on the tool without much force and just spin. A ball tip is also a nice thing to have. Pass on these unless you're just assembling Ikea furniture.

Harbor Freight ones are cheaper than this at regular price... and since this isn't a power tool or something heavy duty, I think it would be fine to buy from there...

If it is in your budget, consider a higher quality set with a ball tip.

Not looking for a 3rd set, but at this price I would take a chance with these (they look ok).

They look like the harbor freight set to me, and i only paid about 10 bucks regular price, so I agree.

I was just coming here to tout the usefulness of these for DIY furniture kits, but lately I've been using an impact driver on the lowest setting and it's amazing…

Menards black and green is Masterforce I believe? I don't think there's anything wrong with them as far as corded tools

I have the Harbor Freight ones and they work well for my home owner needs and odd jobs.

Not really a "slick deal"… these are the maybe the same or even lesser quality than comparable Harbor Freight items, the 60 pc. socket set for example looks like garbage. You'll find better quality, a lifetime warranty and better prices at HF especially if you wait till a coupon or sale comes around.
