With some of these instant drops on the pricing I'm going to sit tight and wait for it to drop more. Especially if sales drop in the EU as a result of those regulations changes there I figure they may have to push sales more + I can't imagine many with a 3 upgrading to this. It also feels a bit like the initial hype over people getting drones has died down a bit.

Having said all that..maybe I'm just talking myself into idle hope that I can pick this up for a lot less in about 6 mos time or so Wink

Im just hoping that solid discounts on the 3 will come along now. That would be all I really need. For that matter, i could probably use the 2 just as well.

Similar here, I bought the mini 1 then a week later the mini 2 came out but within the return period so back the 1 went and got the 2. Then the 3 pro came out.... I should have waited. Now the 4 pro ? I might be better off NOT buying dji anymore and just stick with what I have.

Especially right now, we're still in the region of rapid advancement in drone tech. We're in the iPhone 3GS stage where going to the iPhone 4 was a huge upgrade. Might be smart to wait a couple more years so it'll like the smartphone market where upgrades yearly don't mean much anymore.
