Target mentions the offer is stackable with circle week offers. I did a test run with a 20% off cereal Target circle offer and it did stack the 15%. It could be useful as more circle week offers appear outside of the exclusion list. Xbox is one of the brands not excluded.

I received 20% off one. I bought Apple watch midnight color one yesterday with a BB price match for $299 and I saw this coupon has exclusion for Apple products. But I didn't realize this might work on gift cards. If I buy the gift card now and wondering what excuse I can use for change of payment, any good suggestions?
