Bought this awhile back it isn't a great unit. it got a cheap BMS that doesn't keep track of the charging status correctly. Would jump from 15% to 100% if you charge it off another power station. The fans for this unit seem to get louder over time. Customers' support is non-existent. They also hide all negative reviews from their site. And their return policy is ridiculous. Pretty much if you used it, they won't accept it back... My unit arrived with 0% on it. I had to charge it and I can't return it. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Broke in less than a month huge paper weight. Can not 🚫 return no matter how many times I emailed no response.

Bought 2 units a while back for 700 each. Both units developed issues after 2 months of occasional use. First unit the fan making grinding noise and smell burns. Second unit battery would not hold charge, less than 1/3 of stated capacity. Manufacturer/seller is horrible, its been 3 weeks after the defective unit returned, no replacement as promised and stop responding to emails.

Do not make the mistake of purchasing this battery...

I received a battery that drains rapidly (while nothing is plugged in) and then dies completely at 49%. I submitted a warranty claim and sent the battery back. They notified me that they were sending a new one. I received the battery and it functioned EXACTLY as the first one had, it is very likely they sent the same original battery back to me. Now they will not respond to my emails.

These are defunct batteries that the company is failing to stand behind.

I will update the post if anything changes on the customer service end but be warned that these are not dependable batteries.
