I think the SD reviews from people who bought from the last $19 sale was that the pillow was thin and too flat to provide much support?
I also like the dent they have for your head in the middle because sometimes I lay down with headphones on to watch movies, the dent gives a spot for the headphones without pushing of your ear too hard. So I think is worth it. I would never pay more then 20$ for it.
