None of the stands I received have any Monoprice branding on the glass. The Medium is a bit more refined in comparison to the Small and Large, but all of them seem quite decent for the price. The Medium has rounded edges on the glass and some plastic inserts in the legs, whereas the Smalll and Large have sharp corners on the glass and plastic washers for the legs.
Some pieces of the leg assembly are also designed to be tightened with an Allen/Hex wrench, which is not pointed out anywhere in the instructions. The Medium stand actually ships with a hex wrench, whereas the Small & Large that I received did not.
