yes they do. the only exception are gift cards. those can be sold by 3rd parties, but not all gift cards are eligible

This was a good reminder to remove my amex card. Hopefully will be eligible for new offers in a couple of months.

Worked with Citi Custom Cash. Didn't seem to work when the card was added manually, but adding the card to Amazon through the Citi app worked!
