magnesium oxide aka rocks. Would avoid
Im not saying magnesium supplements dont work. I am saying there are better forms of magnesium out there, like magnesium citrate for example. oxide = rocks

Magnesium Oxide is just about as worthless of a form of a vitamin as you can imagine. Not worth it.

For anyone not familiar, Magnesium is one of the minerals that you should research before jumping into.
