These are the best things in the world for watching meteor showers or spending a night under the stars. The netting keeps mosquitoes and most other bugs out and is high enough that the bugs won't fly over to get to you. The mat is thick enough that they can't penetrate from below either.

Thanks, OP! Ours took off in a violent storm a few months ago. It hit a wall and bent in half. I ordered parts, but unfortunately, they didn't fit. Kids live to jump.

Yea....same. only got box 2 of 2....walmart issued full refund as they can't get the other box....

Did you have to return it to store or schedule a pickup? Box 1 of 2 is heavy how big is box 2 of 2?

In the email, they said no need to return item. I feel like they knew i wasn't the only person with this problem. Box wasn't too heavy, but maybe heavy enough that they don't want to return back to them maybe.

how did you contact them? I called CS and they told me they are filing a claims with FedEx to see where the extra box, that they didn't ship is🤷🏼 ♀️ Did you chat or email or call? Thank you! I ordered two of these and just got box 1 of 2 for both.
