So here is what is going on at Visible reported by customers on the reddit:
1. Customer service is only Email, Chat, or Social Media and there is no phone support unless Visible calls you. Support has gone downhill and some have thought reps were replaced by AI. Some have said they have decent interactions with Customer Service.
2. Visible runs on Verizon's network.
3. Visible + has 50 Gigs of Priority data, this means 50 Gigs of your data usage will be prioritized over all Visible Basic members.
4. Visible + has Uncapped Ultra Wide band speeds whereas Visible Basic is Capped to 200 Megs Per second MAX on UW and C-Band.
5. eSim transfers between iPhones don't work via the Apple Setup option, You will be required to get the Visible App to transfer eSim's.
6. Visible runs off their own compatibility list, US Mobile runs on Verizon's Official Whitelist. Some have said you can do the iPhone 8 trick but that's the outdated method and provisioning a 5G Device on a LTE Activation may mess up stuff in the backend according to Visible IT.
7. Visible has unlimited hotspot but capped at 5 Megs Per Second MAX and one device only, some unlocked phones allow more than 1 but most will only allow 1 to connect in this case you will need to do the TTL trick with a Gl.net router off Amazon.
8. Activate a Apple Watch? Once that one is activated you cannot activate another on until the next billing cycle as Visible customers now know.

Been to concerts and sporting events, with cell reception, but no data whatsoever. It's super annoying, but I am also paying $25/mo for the basic plan, so take the good with the bad I guess.

But with Tmo no longer trying to appease the government, or not scare off all sprint customers day one, things could go downhill enough that i'd be back on Visible in a year or two. If you dont have to be in a "family" group with a bunch of redditors to get the good price anymore, thats a plus.
