Some costco have sign as $60 off (not $100 off). But at register, it takes $100 off.

Please note that this table has glass top. It makes it challenging to attach screw-on monitor arms.

Is this worth the premium over SD staff favorites such as Crispysweet and WOKA?

I considered this, but skipped as I cannot mount my monitors, given the glass surface.

Almost pull the trigger on this today but the display desk was very wobbly. Wonder anyone bought this is the same.
I got it last year. It has been very sturdy. I love this product and would definitely recommend. In fact I am getting one for my brothers place with this deal.

One aspect a lot of people perhaps dont realize is that if they are going to be using these desks (along with other brands), the height of the person matters if you are going to be working for longer hours. A 5'9" person should really be using 27 inches or 27.5 inches height and higher desk size can cause ergo injury (unless you are also using high-height chairs -- which will eventually lead to back and knee pain depending on the use). I think the 30inch desk height might have something to do with the past where the tables were also used to place objects (and it is certainly a bit easier if you were standing to reach them or look at them).

You have a double or triple mount setup? You can use a mounting plate. You'll need some foam, and some wood. Someone didn't use the foam and just the wood and worked. I decided on a thick piece of foam I had from a computer that was delivered, cut to size - the foam was about 3/8" thick and dense. I had some wood slats I glued together and test fit. Added some rubber shims and wrapped it in goof tape. I needed an extra 1/8 of an inch so I used a foam button pad I cut down to side to get the setup flush with the rail. The plate is a glove fit. Just can't over tighten or you'll snap the glass. Very stable.

I put up a review with some pics in case anyone wants to add a monitor mount.

You can use arm rest pads for your chair from Amazon. I loved the extra comfort from those.

So what happened to the $199 price? Can anyone confirm if in-store discount is $60 or $100?
Online and in store are now both $100 off but the base price for online free delivery is $40 more. I bought it a few days ago for in store $240 after $60 off but current sale is now $100 off which brings it to $200. Manager notified me that Costco will send $40 shop card via email to everyone that bought it just before the current sale.

So I bought this one a while ago (at full price!) and here is a quick summary:

1. Looks great
2. Nicely built
3. Motor is still cranking (moved it to my son's room so he just enjoys pressing buttons and the darn thing works just fine!)
4. And the reasons I don't use it anymore:
- The bar at the bottom is a PAIN. I mean literally and figuratively. I have hit it so many times and it hurts. I get why they put it there but there were other ways to reinforce it.
- I needed something bigger and since the bar was really bad, figured I would use it as an excuse to pawn it off to a child!
Totally agree! The bar at the bottom is so annoying! I have to buy a higher stool just to avoid the bar. Also not deep enough for monitors. It's ok for laptop though. Other than that, it's a pretty solid and nice desk.

good desk (i have 1) but putting the clamp style monitor mounts is very difficult and I am always worried that the glass top may crack due to sudden pressure...

I also put in a big kb + mouse pad, as in winters, my arms got really cold due to the glass top..

I would get a wooden top desk if I had to do a do over ...

difficult to mount monitor holder as the frame is too thick for the c clamp to go around and grip the glass form top to bottom.

I use 2 c clamps form HarborFreight to clamp the monitor mount to the frame ...

check this review, used the same method ...
