Short term TBill CD ladder with Tbills expiring every week (or month, if you can wait and want less hassle).
Most people have no idea what a bond ladder is

By lending that same money out for rates up to 30%? Just a hunch.

Smilie highly doubt this is sustainable! if xyz took loan at 30% rate, he already decided never to payoff !! someone going to get hurt badly.

Awesome your buying power is only losing 7% annually instead of 12% LMAO

buy real estate, gold and/or stocks.
Some people use fixed income methods of investing to pay monthly fixed costs (mortgage, car payments, etc) and your investments aren't practical or liquid enough for that. Not to mention the risk.

Hello, Living in one of the states NC, SC, VA, GA, TN. Applied yesterday and I got rejected saying they pulled the report from CHEX system. Anyway how to get it approved? Credit rating is not an issue, but did open bunch of accounts few months back, some CDs and some savings accounts.

But I do not understand why this is an issue. If I can open a CD or Savings account. How do they see this as negative? It is not a Credit card where I am taking money, but I am putting my own money

So what if he opened a few accounts? Thats ridiculous that he would be denied opening an account there to put in HIS MONEY. How stupid can they be.

How is this a slick deal if only a few people can get it? 🤔🤔
Most slickdeals are only applicable to a small fraction of users for many reasons (interest, geography, etc).

I found it easy, and money transfer uses Plaid, so that is also easy
