- Select your color option
- Under Payment, select $399.99 (after credit) "when it ships" option
- Scroll down and select "Add Trade-In"
- Search for your Eligible Trade-in Device
- Trade-in value will vary by device
- After entering your phone information and answering questions about the condition, your trade-in value will be shown
- Click "Apply" to apply your trade-in value
- Click continue
- Sign in to your Spectrum Account or Shop for Spectrum Internet
- Select your data plan
- Enter selections for new number/keep old number and person who will be using the device

For me, I trade in Galaxy S22+ for 200 + 100 trade-in promo, I will get back 300 +(tax on 300) to my account few weeks later.

Spectrum doesn't say anything about free watch. I did not see that verbiage on Xfinity Mobile deal but someone said Xfinity comes with free watch. So not sure if that's the same case here with Spectrum.

5. After you send in your trade and they receive it, it will take around 2-3 weeks to receive the trade in credit. Depending the agent who processes your trade in but I believe most of the time, it will post to your account and you need to call in to request them crediting back to your CC.

The trade in for an Iphone XR is $175. Remember, you can use the $14/mo 1 gig plan for these deals then unlock the phone when you can.
The official unlock policy is "Your Spectrum Mobile account must be active for 67 days and in good standing, with no outstanding payments." I believe that is unclear since it says the "account" must be active for 67 days, not this device on an existing account. I used that argument once to have a device unlocked, but you'll also find if you go to a store and schmooze they'll unlock any phone that's paid off.
Don't forget the free $29 unlimited line for a year when you activate another at the same time. That brings our 4 line total to $87.
Spectrum is great with these deals and their service has been good so they have my loyalty until they screw something up.

Also, their FAQ states: "After your device is processed, you'll receive a credit for the assessed value. If you've paid for your new device in full, the trade-in credit will be refunded to your credit card within two billing cycles. Otherwise, a monthly credit will be applied to your Device Payment Plan in equal parts over the duration of the plan, starting within two billing cycles."

So let put equation spectrum- 8prowith iphone 11 = 150+ tax on 400 VS BB 8PRO WITH IPHONE 11 = 500+TAX ON 1000 = LETS assume tax 10% - then spectrum - 190 without watch and best buy 600 with watch - so you Pay 410 on watch....simple mathematics....dont go with best buy - even if u add line in spectrum fir 3 months - u r paying 410- 40 = 370 for watch effectively...its a no no
can someone show me better calculations? any case even with 0 tax bestbuy deal compared to spectrum Is atleast 300 more with exact same trade - so watch actually is not free...it cost minimum 300 if person buys from.bb when he also has oppurtunity to buy from spectrum...
If watch includes then it's no brainer best deal
