Just helped mother-in-law sign up Spectrum Internet, set up Spectrum Mobile BYOD with eSIM activation, then ordered Pixel of this deal. All took about 30 minutes. Not bad.

But it seems we never received Spectrum Internet order confirmation email. Is it just no email or things went wrong? Received both Spectrum Mobile order and Pixel order confirmation emails though.

Has anyone here dealt with Spectrum returns /exchanges? I am trying to return/exchange my pixel 8 pro and another unit since I think I received a defective one. I spoke to spectrum support and they say I need to contact Google for returns and exchanges even though I am still within the 14 day return window. Has anyone faced something similar?

Is there a way to get this deal if I don't have the option to sign up for internet? There's a physical store about an hour from where I live, if that helps…
You need to be spectrum customer.

That's a bummer! Any clever workarounds if my address does not have Spectrum internet coverage?

find a friend who has spectrum to do the deal for you. otherwise move to spectrum service area to get this deal yourself.

These guys are bunch of clowns. I have a year free with them and they would not unlock the phone only to add a t-mobile esim for my work line. I told them why would I leave before 60 days, I have one year free. Their website policy only says you have to have service for 60 days, not the phone. They don't follow their own published policy and the rep wanted to argue with me until I asked for a supervisor. They escalated the "ticket" but I doubt I will have luck at this point. Looking like I will return and wait for black friday. I think my 3.5 year old note 20 has a better display than the p8 pro

The only think I like about this phone is how bright the screen gets in direct sunlight. I will probably be selling all 4 of mine once they are unlocked.

How long does it usually take to receive an email from Assurant on the trade-in? They've had my phone for almost two weeks and I have heard nothing. Would it be helpful to contact Spectrum for an update? Thanks...

I went to the store to buy another one but they're not selling it in store anymore. The employee told me something is wrong with the pixel 8 pro and can't sell it at the moment. I wonder what's going on?

Same boat, Spectrum won't do anything and will tell you what you already know with status tracking.

about 1 to 2 weeks. I dont think rep can do anything other than telling u to wait. Just wait another few days. As long the phone is delivered then no need to worry too much. I've been on spectrum deal thread for 6 months now. I only seen 1 or 2 ppl had issue with trade-in.

Haven't heard anything like that. Probably just spectrum reps making up excuses.

Why though? I went to two stores and they said the same thing to me.

Let me guess they didn't have any more details as far as what was supposedly wrong? Everyone else is still selling them online including spectrum. The stores you went to either ran out or aren't allotted any and the district manager told them all some BS story.

Contact Assurant through this email. Spectrum won't be able to tell you anything
