If you're getting this to make smoothies. I'd recommend getting the Vitamix Personal Cup Adapter - 61724 instead. Blends everything right inside the cup container. Cleaning the blade adapter is easy too.

I wish it came in 48oz jar. It seems like it'd be easier to make smoothies and sorbet that way for one person. I guess I'll hold off and hope that the propel or another one with the 3 preset functions goes on sale Amazon next week.LMAO BTW Vitamix E310 is on sale same price @ Bestbuy, Sam's Club & Macys. If it had presets that'd be perfect.

Deal is live again . 299 at the local warehouse. I got one. The build quality looks poor. I am not sure why Ninja did not make a comparable product yet . I hope it'll make good smoothies/ice cream base for the Ninja Creamie !
