Opinion: water wipes is worse and more expensive than Costco's kirkland brand wipes. Water wipes get stuck to each other and is hard to get out, and also gets stuck on the baby's skin so it's not a smooth wipe. Advice from someone with two kids having recently been potty trained, pick up kirkland wipes when they're on sale every few months.

This! Just a warning to everyone, the wipes changed their formula/size from what they used to be. They're smaller and noticeably more thin material. These were our go to wipes for years, but unfortunately we had to ditch them. The quality just isn't what it used to be.

Our baby is fine with the Kirkland brand wipes (everyone's baby has their preference)
