Randomly saw this on the clearance end rack and was needing this to add to my RIGID collection. There were about 6 left, so even though the link does not show inventory you may want to double check.

If you have Military Discount save another 10%

Final cost: $76.50 + tax

I want the new one to go on sale. I think it will be offered as a free tool with a battery kit or other set. The upcoming holiday sales were leaked apparently. The newer one has a more premium die cast body instead of the plastic housing.

Does brickseek not show HD prices anymore? Just showing in stock or out of stock for me.

Kind of disappointed that it's still only a 1/4" collet. I have a cheap set of 1/4" bits, but all my higher-quality ones (Whiteside, Freud, etc.) are 1/2".

No dice at local HD in Austin area; marked down, but only marked down to $136 (which is still more than Amazon right now...)

For HD not in a long time. just shows inventory count and if clearance or not.
For me Lowes inventory and pricing has been way off recently as well.

I don't believe there is any trim router that takes 1/2 bits. You need a full size router.

I looked around a bit, and it looks like Milwaukee might make the only battery 1/2" router.

Porter Cable used to make a cordless full sized router, but I think that was before Black and Decker bought the company. It's a shame what they did with Porter Cable, too.

Looks like $85 is the going price brand new on eBay. There are a lot for sale at this price. Just in case it helps someone!
