    I tape pink heat shrunk connections to keep the sun from degrading them and exposing wire. This cheaper tape works perfect for that as it's just a cover, thanks OP!

    I'm not an expert and don't know all the types and subtypes, but 33+ is a classic high quality 3M electrical tape. All I can say is I've used it, and it's far and away better than anything else I've ever tried.

    You can buy it at Menards or most home improvement stores I'd imagine. It's maybe $4-$5/roll, but well worth the premium.

    I'm honestly not sure if there is a difference between the two. It's 3/4" Super 33+ and it's fantastic. Get either one and it will serve you well.

    The same tape, one is just longer (76ft. vs. 66ft.). If it is labeled "Super 33+" it is the same tape, and only things like size and color will change. It is well worth the price.
