Pour it in a storage container (I use a thoroughly cleaned and rinsed gallon milk jug).
Refill the soap container 4 times with water and pour the water in the storage container (I use filtered water but tap normally works).
Shake it up.
Leave overnight.
You have the same thing for less.
You can vary the 4 to 1 to change the foam consistency if you like.

But if you buy the regular clear dial liquid soap (or Softsoap or any liquid hand soap).
Pour it in a storage container (I use a thoroughly cleaned and rinsed gallon milk jug).
Refill the soap container 4 times with water and pour the water in the storage container (I use filtered water but tap normally works).
Shake it up.
Leave overnight.
You have the same thing for less.
You can vary the 4 to 1 to change the foam consistency if you like.
Buy cheap antibacterial dish soap (Ajax or Palmolive). Mix about 1:5 dish soap to water in the dispenser. Shake it up and you have a full bottle for pennies.

Antibacterial has agents that actively kill bacteria. This sounds great except when people don't thoroughly wash their hands, you might only kill 98% of the weakest bacteria, leaving the strongest bacteria alive to procreate and now you have super bacteria on your hands (literally). . Vs if you just did nothing and didn't even wash your hands, you'd have the original (much weaker) version of said bacteria on your hands.

Open bottle, pour one ounce of liquid soap, fill 3/4 of bottle with full hot tap water. Shake well. It is working fine.
Main reason gone with this route, this is used by kids a lot of time a day. I dont want their hands in more chemical than germs which can harm less.
