Took a long look at this; I'm a Paperwhite owner and would love to have physical pageturn buttons. Going to pass because this doesn't come with the *highly* desirable charging cover. Also no IPX8 water resistance specced for this generation.

Got one 2016 model. Battery was shot. Got it replaced. Battery was shot. Skip the 2016 model.
Also... accessories are hard to get. Cant find the charge cover. Cant even find a regular cover.
Would advise rolling the dice with the 2017 model or the 2019 thats like $120

came here to say the same thing. they sent me 2 replacements assuring me they tested the batteries. LIES
