FYI, I chatted with Ecovacs Support and was told this Costco model OZMOTEOM is the same as the DEEBOT T20 OMNI Robot Vacuum:

Reviews say it doesn't have an onboard water tank and software is buggy.

We had ecovacs for a couple years. They all died. At one point we bought or traded in 10 robovacs. Only one survived longer than 1 year. Eventually they all died.

Could not recommend against any more strongly. Quality nightmare

I had one that died, too. Luckily I bought it at Costco and it can be returned anytime. I did so and got my money back. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this vacuum (assuming the product doesn;t suck) since it's being sold by Costco.

glad you had a better experience. I would still recommend that no one should ever buy and ecovacs product.

I have 4 ecovacs in my house right now. 3 of them are n8 pro+ which have been running for over 2 years now. The other one is a x1 and the first one died in a week and support sent me a new one promptly.

The software on this is fine - much better than shark and wyze IMHO (since I have those as well)
