I am guessing not official price from apple or major reseller but might see 200 on third-party sellers dip it to remove inventory when 11th gen comes out. Might grab one if I found the deal or 10th gen for 250. I don't have high hope on 11th gen considering what apple did with 10th gen.

$250 for an entry level I-pad is not a bad price. Past sales have been $280+, and even though it's a "generation old", the newer one isn't all that whiz-bang awesome in comparison, especially at $200 more than this on-sale model.

Unless you have a need for higher performance or storage, this machine will be absolutely fine. I've been using a 6th gen I-pad since fall 2019, and it does everything I'd want it to. The battery is getting a bit glitchy, so time to replace it. Third party replacements are $50-100, and the device is already 4 years old.

And the best part? The return period for Walmart is until 1/31/2024 -- in store or online. So it's zero risk if you find a better price elsewhere....or change your mind entirely. Assuming it's unopened of course.

I have one and recently upgraded to the newest OS. Omg this thing is sluggish now. Sad, because this iPad is worth it for this price. Does anyone have the same issue?
