Ugh placed an order 8pm last night, today coupon eligible. Tried to get a cancelation or adjustment from customer service but no dice, told me to just reorder and do a return on the first order. I love REI but c'mon, give your reps some power, the order wasn't even processed yet.

Tempting--I've been looking for a wheeled soft/duffel style bag that's larger than carryon size and the REI 30" Big Haul model is a leading contender.

Although one thing to keep in mind with these member deals is that you already get 10% back on full price items...so it is really only an extra 10% off member price.

Still nice, but I rarely find myself clamoring to use my REI 20% coupons because you can often get 25% off the same items elsewhere for non-REI brand things.

I don't get why companies are so inflexible with these. Amazon does it too. It's more wasteful for them cuz they gotta pay shipping 3 times rather than just price adjusting and pay for shipping for one item.

Only way to get "free" membership is when they have a promotion to get a gift card for same amount of the membership fee with a membership purchase.

Also checked but arcteryx didn't show up on list of eligible products
