You need to verify (id.me) then you should get a one time use code. You can also email the code to yourself for later use. When I did that the coupon expired in a week or so.
Just tried to use my code on this laptop and it did not take. Not sure why. The ARMMPPS code worked. Did not try to use the "Enter your unique 10% off coupon code from email" as stated in the deal. Probably would not stack anyway so I might be expecting too much

if you remove the PDC1 code then the 10% code works but that is $120 vs $400
