Whatever you do, make sure you buy one with the auto empty dock. Difficult or impossible to buy it afterward. It makes it quite a bit more convenient to run the robot every day without having to worry about emptying it each time.

My s5 max gets "stuck" and can't finish cleaning. It also can't go back to the dock on its own. Has anyone faced this issue? Is it fixed in the newer models?

In the market for a robo vac. Thinking of getting the Q5+ with self empty. Is this worth the money or should I look at other brands? Not sure of I should spend an extra $100 for it to mop too.

I bought 2 from ebay refurb, 1 of them had a problem and they just replaced with a new one. They have dyson level customer suppprt which I was pleasantly suprised.

It happens to me every 4-5 time, and it finds new place to get stuck everytime. I move around things but it tends to happen anyways, not too bothersome, just take it back to dock and it resets.
