Got my card in July with a $200 bonus... (which wasn't prime day)
Prime Day was definitely in July...but I should clarify that the bonus wasn't exclusive to Prime Day. It was running before that as well, but ended a few days after. So the $100 bonus was running from mid July until last week.
If you already got this bonus once can you cancel the card and a year later get it again? I got my $200 bonus this July. Just cancelled the card. Can I reapply next July for the same bonus?

I think you have to wait at least 24 months before you can get a new bonus on a card you used to have. It's 48 months for the Chase Sapphire cards, but I don't think it's as long for other cards they have.
Anyone know in order to be eligible for the 5% back for Amazon purchases, if I have to be primary account holder in Amazon Prime? My wife is the primary and I'm the +1.

Weird, I've been getting about every 6 months to 1 year

I don't believe so, Amazon consideres you a full Prime member even if you are the +1

That doesn't matter. I'm in the same position. My wife is the primary Prime member, but I'm the primary amazon credit card account holder. We can both use the same credit card on our accounts and get 5%.
This is basically to get $150. Anyone can already get Amazon Prime Store Card which also gives 5% back... correct?
The store card also gets you 5% back on Amazon purchases, but you can't use it anywhere else. The Prime Visa you can use anywhere and you can earn rewards on those purchases as well. Personally, 95% of the time I use this card on Amazon and the rest is whenever I find myself at Whole Foods, which isn't very often. I think I'm going to start using Amazon Fresh for groceries more now, though. Because I think I capped out on the 6% back at grocery stores with my Amex Blue Cash Preferred.
