Wish they listed their battery cell mfr.

"1040 Wh - 52V 20Ah battery rated for 800 charges. Battery comes with integrated USB port."

This is a great deal. I'm so tempted to get one for the wifey. Last year they wouldn't budge to go below 2199 when I contacted them via Facebook

I just pulled the trigger on it myself! Such a steal in my opinion. It's going to be great commuting these trails in Sacramento!

I agree, I wish they were a little more giving with info like that. The upside is there is a bunch of aftermarket support to replace and even upgrade the battery & controller!

I have this bike and sort of hate it. It didn't originally have a front suspension and the front wheel popped off while I was braking!... the company ended up sending me a bunch of parts including a front suspension fork. Fortunately I was only going about 8MPH when it popped off.

I've since dramatically reinforced the front wheel with a torque arm and my 75yo mom enjoys rolling around on it

Battery is also a bit janky and drops in bursts / unreliable estimate but still offers decent life for my use case

But yeah... :|

Ordered an xclass first week of October. Already having issues, charger not working properly, battery connections overheating and melting together , rear wheel noise I'm guessing from spokes but I can't seem to remedy the situation. Terrible customer service, literally days to respond by email. Been waiting almost a week so far on a box and shipping label for a battery return. They haven't even mailed it out yet! Doesn't matter how good the bike looks if it has tons of problems, it's essentially a $2000 paperweight already while I'm in limbo. Very poor customer service! You've been warned!

No Issues so far. Other than the usual flat tire. I've put about 200 miles on it so far and it's been fine for me! What are some of the issues that are mentioned?

**Update** I read the issues you are having and haven't experienced those. My roommate got the step-thru model and the same thing. We did learn that the battery has to go through 3 long charge cycles before really taking a long ride but its been good to us just adjusting to range as 20miles with throttle only is really about 15-17 as the last few miles are it going too slow to bear, and that if you're lucky its flat land
