anyone getting this? When do we call? I just checked, mine still One All in

T-Mobile will be moving some of its customers on older phone plans to the company's latest options, which could result in customers paying more on their monthly bills.

Customers impacted will see a change in their phone bills starting in November.

No, they are NOT going with the migration plan... That means, nothing changes and everything stays as it is!

Weird...why it's just on local news here today about the force migration

Same here .. local news showed this yesterday.

It's a cluster.. I'm sure with all the negative feedback they are reassessing and will fine another way to screw over customers

There is no universe in which T-Mobile works better than att. Having said that, yes there are likely to be spots where a T-Mobile tower is closer to you than att one is.

If you do indeed have issues with att, I suggest you go into a store and have your phone settings and SIM card updated.

What phone are you using BTW?

I must be IN that alternate universe here in Oklahoma then. Jumped ship from AT&T after being with them for decades. Better everything with T-mobile. Reception, signal strength, fewer dropped calls, pricing, customer service, freebies.

The AT&T hound dogs at Sam's don't have an answer when I tell them my monthly T-mobile charges, which is the same lame answer they gave at the AT&T store when I told them T-mobile had a better deal. "We can't beat that." (At least they gave an HONEST lame answer.)

I'll add they even allowed me to dump Cox cable and save even more with their 5G internet can. (The built in can Wi-Fi sucks, but that was easily remedied by using my existing mesh network.)

AT&T SUCKS as a cell phone provider. (But their stock is great!)

And who is responsible for raising prices? Time to pay your share or cut the cord completely

You would lose it on Go5G - confirmed by a rep on the phone today. Plus ONE already has autopay discount so it still costs more to move plans. 100GB premium data cap seems like no big deal, but it's limit that doesn't exist on the current plan.
I spoke to them too. My 12 line plan would go from 140 to 240. Ill pass.

Did anyone notice, if you have value essential plan, they changed unlimited 4G & 5G data plan to unlimited 4G ONLY? And hotspot speed limited to 3G data plan ONLY.

Check under Account > Manage my plan.

They changed this silently.

Did you contact Tforce to opt out of the migration? I wonder if they went ahead with these silent changes for everyone who did not contact them about opting out of the forced migration (even though they didn't technically go through with the forced plan changes).

Did anyone opt out but have their plans changed during this latest wave of migrations?
