I have the first generation of this and use it every single day, never had a single issue, wife and I both love it. Compare to the bluetti ps72, for $51 more, this one has app support can be managed remotely through Wi-Fi.

I think I'm returning the ps72 i bought from bluetti/walmart

does this really have UPS functionality? Have you used/tested it yourself? The ecoflow is onyl an EPS (30ms vs 10ms)

I've never returned much at Costco. I know they have a 90 day electronics policy? But do they not follow it? Is that just to give them a reason to say no to dingbats or do they actually enforce it?
