The last ones I bought from these guys refurbished, failed twice as fast as the non refurbished ones I had, you get what you pay for.

This is a slick deal! They also have the dual charger [directtoolsoutlet.com] on sale.

I really don't want to like this deal, as I'm almost at the point where I'll have to either start getting rid of perfectly good batteries or buy another 6x charger to maintain them.

Ryobi really needs to start making more tools to buy.

Wouldn't the ryobi days hack deal be better where you get 2 new 4 and 1 2 a for 100?

I bought one and an extra charger. I have gotten tools with batteries from this website previously and never had an issue. Thanks for the heads up!

How much better are these high performance batteries? Is the claim of 4x more run time accurate or proven?

If you have a tool that has the extra connection point, you might get extra rotational longevity from it.

The reality is, you aren't going to physically outperform the tool.

I'm on same batteries 8 years, I keep them on my tools + that 6 power bank charger, not a single one has died.

Can't say how long they last, I use same one for a month at time on my weed eater then swap out when low. But yeah, I recommend the battery 6 bank charger.

I have a 2 AH battery that has completely died. Online there is no solution to revive the battery. I suppose I have to recycle it. Does anyone know how to recycle Ryobi batteries? Do they have any discounts for buying a new one if old died?
