Its a budget 85 inch TV - don't expect QLED or OLED quality.

Not only that, but for the price you are way better off going for the Hisense 7 or 8 at the same price.

Correct, which is why I bought it. But this is not it, my 65 Hisene gives me better colors and quality.

It says it'd equivalent to 6 series qled sets, which means at most good color volume, but low hdr brightness and decent contrast ratio.

Why does samsung makes so many models of low end tvs?

I got this TV delivered a week back.
I am not a TV fanatic, for normal people - the TV is amazing. Its massive, and the picture is great - I felt the difference between this and the Q70 series is minimal.
Of course, one can nitpick, but for *most* people, the TV will not disappoint. The price is incredible for a 85" QLED TV.
