nights hotel in a suite at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas; (iii) VIP immersive experience exhibit; (iv)
merchandise bundle; (v) U2 Zooropa 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Yellow Vinyl and Gatefold; and (vi) one (1)
$1,000 check or deposit to be used towards travel and expenses (the "prize"). Prize Winner shall be solely
responsible for any and all other costs, fees and expenses other than those included as the prize as set forth in
paragraph 7(i)-(vi) above. ARV: $3,610.
