HIGHLY recommend changing the tips to foam comply or equivalent tips for a good seal.
I take these wherever I go, and you know of what else they are incredible for? Concerts. I pop them in, adjust the transparency accordingly. They protect my ears and allow me to hear the live music so clearly.
ANC is good, there are probably better options, but it's not terrible either.
I really should just leave an Amazon review.

I paid $200 for them and only used them sporadically (not daily, even). No drops, no water, mainly just in my chair listening to music, along with the occasional treadmill walk. The treadmill was rare, because I used my cheap Jabra (65Ts) for that.
With all of that said( they sounded phenomenal. Very happy with them while they lasted, but won't buy again if they only last a couple of years.
Finally, I have a pair of Sennheiser headphones that I got back in 2003 or so that's still kicking. Just had to replaced the foam! I still use them today.

I'm almost tempted to pick up another pair at this price as backup because I couldn't get over that fact that I had lost my Momentum TW1 a few years ago. Speaking of the Momentum TW1, those had a well-known issue with battery drain and it drove me just bonkers because I would always find the buds completely dead whenever I needed to use them. >
