This is pretty much the going rate on eBay for an unopened set. Got one like 6 mo ago for this price. Not sure why this set doesn't hold much value.

IMHO The original $200 was considered high already and then Lego bumped it by another $40. The set has minimal internal details and functions. Also it is too oversized in terms of the scale compared to other UCS sets, looking like a colorful beach sandal with engines.
