I've had this Member's Mark model for over 3 years- zero issues. In fact, it was missing a part when I received the box-quick phone call, and the part was shipped.
As another commenter correctly stated, finding replacement parts is relatively easy, if needed. As the Blackstone has a reputation for warping, choosing the MM model was an easy decision.
