Don't buy this. It does not work with the google find my device system. Google should release theirs next quarter, they are just waiting for Apple to adopt the new location standard. Once that happens you will be able to buy devices that work with Apple and Android at the same time. Tile is planning a new universal one.

Amazon also has a single Smart Tag2 for $24.00. Considering I paid $30.00 for the previous Smart Tag+ "Also I just notice that the link stated - (Are Batteries Included: No) Hell Samsung is getting cheap, no chargers with their phones, and now no batteries with the tags. Really Samsung!!!

I'm interested bc I indeed have a Samsung device but id rather Google finally roll out their long rumored competitor to the air tags so it can use all Android based phones for location and not just Samsungs.

Why do they lock it down to only Samsung phones? Makes zero sense. I understand airtags because they would never develop an android app, but this is just gross.

Lots of incorrect information here. Yes, google is planning on rolling out their Find My network and waiting on some safety features in coordination with Apple. But no, Apple's and Google's networks will never be compatible.
