I've had a card with them for about 15 years and haven't used it in maybe 4 or 5 years. I don't maintain balances. I haven't bought here either due to the same restrictions being placed on the coupons. I remember when these coupons could be used on anything. I wasn't aware of their shipping policies which is even a bigger turn off. That's insane! The nearest Kohls store is about 1:20 minute drive. Plus I've seen them markup prices before sales. This is why I've been giving all the coupons and any promotional Kohl's cash away to whoever wants it. I wonder when they'll close my card. lol Maybe they keep it open since they're seeing the coupons and kohls cash being used. I really don't know.

If I had another one, I would give it to you. I think it's funny because I remember everyone trying to get coupons back in the day on SD. I could never get one either. They're not scamming. I gave a legit one away with some $5 Kohl's cash. I rather someone use it than let it go to waste.
