Bought it a few years ago. It's worked fine for me as a wifi thermostat. Set schedules and remote in as needed. The C wire adapter was easy to install too.

Why the conflicting prices in the OP?

Should specify $60.99 for thermostat alone. $85.98 if you need to C Wire adapter.

Sorry if I overlooked it.

These are free or $25 via most utility companies.

Suggest going through your power supplier, like pseg or coned. Often times they have these for free or heavily discounted.

Correct. Just open your power company's website and look for any page about Rebates for Smart Home \ Effiecency Cooling.

There is a big master listthat goes around but they must be associated togher, whereas Georgia Power, Alabama Power, Southern Company does not ever show up on those lists.

They have consistently offered a $200 rebate between the Spring months until like December 10th or so.

I bought a Nest Thermostat Learning not-on-sale because they hadn't been in a while and I was right they weren't for a few more months. I ordered direct-from-Google cause I get a 10% Google Store Credit on purchases there .

Mine was $249.00.

Once it arrived, all I had to do was put in a few things on the website from my power company and LO AND BEHOLD THEY SHIPPED ME THE REBATE VIA pre-paid VISA within 5 days!!

They even say it can take 6-7 weeks!!!

Here's the real trick now: if you just want to splurge on a couple of these, which work great (the regular "Thermostat", not learning or E, --- many of these places will reimburse ALL of the purchases up to the specified amount ($200).

I am gonna buy 2 for my dad cause he wont pull the trigger, and then once he does his rebate -- which he should give me ;-) -- it will have been free for 2.

How did he get the $69?

All of them are $89 for me, but on the Snow one I can click "Save with Used - Very Good" to see that price.

EDIT: The $89.99 price is the standard "sale price" that everyone has, not just Amazon.

It is now $60.99 directly from Amazon, and 85.98 with the C adapter.
