Arguable how useful it is in most cases, but I'd personally pony up an extra $40 for it.

1) Make sure you have re-sizeable bar if you're going with Intel GPUs. The performance suffers if you don't have it.
2) According to Tomshardware, you're looking at between 50-60 fps with ultra settings. That obviously depends on the game. Also, keep in mind that Intel GPUs are still playing catch-up for performance in older titles that use Direct X 9 and 11.

This is comparable to a 3060. So it's good for 1080p on new titles

If it beats the 7600 then it beats the 3060 as well.

What games are you playing? I'm using an a750 with an 32in 1440p monitor and don't have any complaints but I also upgraded from an older Vega 56. Runs cyberpunk and baldurs gate medium 60 if you're okay with using xess/fsr. Otherwise I have to stick with 1080p. Less demanding or last a gen games like Titanfall 2 and Gunfire Reborn do native maxed out.

Intel has terrible naming convention for the GPUs.

Arc 770
Arc 750
now...releasing...Arc 580....what???? They should have named it Arc 730 or something. It is really confusing when they number things down on the first digit. Arc 580 sounds like an older generation!

The price fluctuation on this was so wild, I remember when they where selling the A770 16gb version for $199 ...
I just read some maybe leaks and they are intending on delaying any new GPU's until 2nd half of 2024 to drag the bejebus out of the old stock.
