That hasn't been the case as far as I know. Got a link to where some orders haven't been fulfilled?
1% negative feedback is fairly poor for a professional seller.

The biggest problem with Antonline is if you have to return something. Antonline will try to charge you a restocking fee, even though they claim free returns. Not sure if things have changed, but you usually have to get eBay involved when initiating a return. There are some posts on Reddit of people having to pay the restocking fee and waiting for eBay to reimburse them later.

So, Charged me a restocking fee for something listed incorrectly and purchased on Amazon. No restocking fee mentioned and Ant ignored several attempts to contact them, dragging out the process. Apparently they also ignored Amazon's attempts to communicate with them. Never did get my money back because Amazon, who I spoke with 5 times, kept saying I was covered under their guarantee (can't remember what it's called) and that I would get my money back from them, but they never did it and I gave up, deciding that $51 wasn't worth the hours and hours I was calling, waiting on hold, etc. I know eBay has a satisfaction guarantee, like Amazon, but...
They used to be good, but have apparently joined the ranks of the shady "don't give a sh*t about customers" companies. They're riding on their good reputation, but sadly something has changed there.
Not saying you'll never get what you pay for, but if you have a problem, a problem caused by them, they won't even pretend to be helpful. That's my experience/perspective (been buying stuff from them for decades).
Sold by newegg, not antonline (which I think is a plus). Acer Nitro 5 Laptop: Ryzen 7 6800H, 15.6" IPS WQHD, RTX 3070 Ti , 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, $970 (slickdeals.net), regularly on sale on Newegg for that price.
Slightly slower (but hotter, which I don't like that part) GPU, 1TB SSD, benchmarks on CPU's comparable, smaller display. Slightly inferior, but $200 gap.
