I have not purchased from any online but they seem to have a hard time fulfilling orders? Has kept me from pulling trigger many times.

That hasn't been the case as far as I know. Got a link to where some orders haven't been fulfilled?

Please reference/read the negative seller feedback on eBay. There are quite a few with similar stories.

Yeah, there's some negative feedback, but almost 99 out of every 100 seem to be happy. Is this major cause for concern?

99 out of 100 times it's not a concern. But it's a big concern and a time waster if you're the 1.

1% negative feedback is fairly poor for a professional seller.
Best Buy has only 97.4% positive feedback and I'm sure most people would consider them a reputable seller…

For those wondering, the display supports GSync.

Antonline will be okay majority of the time. They HAVE been known to send used items as new a handful of times. It's hard to tell if those were accidental or not.

The biggest problem with Antonline is if you have to return something. Antonline will try to charge you a restocking fee, even though they claim free returns. Not sure if things have changed, but you usually have to get eBay involved when initiating a return. There are some posts on Reddit of people having to pay the restocking fee and waiting for eBay to reimburse them later.

TLDR: Yep. Ant0nline did it to me, and I never could get my surprise restocking fee refunded.

So, Charged me a restocking fee for something listed incorrectly and purchased on Amazon. No restocking fee mentioned and Ant ignored several attempts to contact them, dragging out the process. Apparently they also ignored Amazon's attempts to communicate with them. Never did get my money back because Amazon, who I spoke with 5 times, kept saying I was covered under their guarantee (can't remember what it's called) and that I would get my money back from them, but they never did it and I gave up, deciding that $51 wasn't worth the hours and hours I was calling, waiting on hold, etc. I know eBay has a satisfaction guarantee, like Amazon, but...

Nice post, but Antonline is a no go for me.
They used to be good, but have apparently joined the ranks of the shady "don't give a sh*t about customers" companies. They're riding on their good reputation, but sadly something has changed there.
Not saying you'll never get what you pay for, but if you have a problem, a problem caused by them, they won't even pretend to be helpful. That's my experience/perspective (been buying stuff from them for decades).

They used to be good, but you're smart to hesitate because they suck recently and they really don't care. After being burned by them and receiving zero response from customer service, Antonline is a hard pass. And yes, I know eBay has a satisfaction guarantee. Still not worth the trouble.

For the money, I'd wait for this one:

Sold by newegg, not antonline (which I think is a plus). Acer Nitro 5 Laptop: Ryzen 7 6800H, 15.6" IPS WQHD, RTX 3070 Ti , 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, $970 (slickdeals.net), regularly on sale on Newegg for that price.

Slightly slower (but hotter, which I don't like that part) GPU, 1TB SSD, benchmarks on CPU's comparable, smaller display. Slightly inferior, but $200 gap.
