Own this exact model - paid $105 back in June of this year.
Live in a smaller condo, and purchased this for the balcony.

Store:

Seat cushions for balcony chairs
Sports stuff (soccer cleats, tennis rackets, etc)
An outdoor foldable table
My Ninja Foodi Smart (massive applicance for my tiny condo, but I do like it)

I used to live up north and would use these type of outdoor storage units to store vacuum seal ed winter / summer clothes (it would create a lot of room in my actual closet at a time of the year in which I wouldn't use sweaters / jackets, or short sleeve shirts / t-shirts / shorts - depending on the season).

Was also great to store anything related to plant care... from planters to fertilizer.

i assure you, this is not the normal price, this is usually like $99 at sams or so, but i think that's actually for the bigger version maybe
