S is better than Q (Q is the newer 'affordable' series)
Higher number = better
Plus = Auto-empty dock
Ultra = Ultra auto-empty dock (more features)
S = High End
Q = Affordable
# = Generation
Plus = Includes Basic Empty Dock
Ultra = Includes High End Dock (seems to be the triple dock or advanced dock with empty + maintain)
Max/MaxV/Max+ = Think of them like "model facelifts" of each model. Sometimes it's additional features, sometimes it's a more powerful motor.
Pro = Again, seems to be the "facelift" of each model with newer features.
+ = Again, different line of features on each model. It's pretty inconsistent.

Been waiting for the Q Revo to drop below 700, it is very similar to the S7 MaxV Ultra. S7 has a more complicated mop cleaning system that could potentially break, but the object detection on the S7 actually works well, which is the only downside to the Q Revo, as it has very poor object detection. I'm weighing picking this up instead.
Maybe I missed something.

All three are not backwards compatible with each other FYI nor are their docks sold separately even if they were. The 7MVU as a robot itself seems to be their better value largely due to the color camera/reactive AI for obstacle avoidance and remote control that works great. You just have to see if the $99 dryer add-on to dry is worth it vs. buying spare mop heads and drying the out of use one. Honestly though, the extra warranty included with these refurbs make things even slicker than buying new units to a degree (making that another thing to consider).

Personally I don't like camera on the wheel moving in the house even it means that it can add better object avoidance.
